Trip to Capitol

Ashton and I went to Topeka with our homeschool group to tour the capitol building. We had a great time. We climbed REALLY high in the dome, but we didn't make it clear to the top to walk out on the catwalk at the very top. We learned a lot of great information about Kansas and had great fun with friends!

Trip to Fire Station

Mom, Denah, Tim, Mikelle, Elijah, Gus, Mason, Belah, Ashton and I went to the fire station where one of our aquaintances works. The children had a lot of fun (Tim and Denah included). Denah was brave enough to put on some of the gear. The first picture is her!!

Here is a great pic of me. Ha Ha

I was the wedding coordinator, reception coordinator, made all the flowers and bouquets, made the cake, made the unity candle and candle ring, and who knows what all else. I had two hours of sleep the night before the wedding.

Now you know why I look so wonderful in this pic. I did have a lot of fun though believe it or not!

Derrick was the best man and Mason was the Bible boy. We had lots of fun.
